Delivery Fee
VIPEK offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the United States and 10 provinces in Canada for most products. Shipping to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon in Canada is an additional $35.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, DPO and International orders is unavailable.
Shipping Carriers
Usually we use Fedex, UPS, USPS and Amazon Shipping.
Delivery Time
Our items generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified in the product details. In-stock items are typically delivered within 3-5 days.
Please be aware that deliveries may be subject to delays during national holidays, periods of inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any delays occur.
Order Fulfillment
Orders before 1pm will be shipped out the same day, the remains will be processed within 24 hours.
Note: By requesting to change address, customer has to cover all the costs.
What if the product damaged?
For Delivery Services That Do Not Require A Signature. Please inspect the item right away for any damages. If some damage is found, please contact VIPEK within 24 hours of delivery.
For Delivery Services Requiring A Signature. All damage and defects must be noted on all copies of the delivery receipt and/or a Bill of Lading and reported to VIPEK within 24 hours.
If the item is severely damaged, refuse the item and note the Bill of Lading “Refused Due to Damage”.
Please make sure you thoroughly inspect your item while the carrier is still at your home. Any damages/defects MUST BE NOTED upon signing for the delivery. If your shipment looks fine at delivery, but you notice damage or a defect after the carrier leaves, immediately contact VIPEK to report the situation.
Make note of the following details: Package condition&How it was received (left at the front door, signed for), and description of the damage.
Please do the following:
- Take several pictures showing the affected area.
- DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing materials.
- DO NOT discard the product itself because it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the item and report on the damage.
DO NOT ship the item back to VIPEK without first being instructed to do so. Failure to comply may result in denial of a damaged item claim per the shipping carrier’s claims guidelines.
